1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Plumefy, you agree to these terms. If you use Plumefy on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
2. The service
Plumefy lets you schedule and publish content to third-party social platforms via our posting provider. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Your accounts & content
- You're responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each connected platform's rules and applicable law.
- You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited right to store and transmit it solely to provide the service.
- You must have the rights to post the content you schedule through Plumefy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Plumefy to post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, to spam, or to violate platform policies or rate limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle through our payment processor.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
- Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
6. Third-party platforms
Plumefy depends on third-party APIs (the social platforms and our posting provider). We can't guarantee a post will succeed if a platform changes its API, rate-limits, or rejects content. We surface failures so you can retry.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumefy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Plumefy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
