Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Plumefy data at any time. This page explains how to remove your data — including any information obtained from connected social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

1. Disconnect a social account

To remove a single connected account and revoke the access tokens we store for it, go to Dashboard → Accounts and click Disconnect next to that account. This immediately deletes the stored connection and its tokens on our side. You can also remove Plumefy from the platform directly — on Facebook via Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, and on Instagram via Settings → Apps and Websites.

2. Delete your entire account and all data

To permanently delete your Plumefy account and all associated data, email support@plumefy.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account and data.” We will verify the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, profile, and login credentials
  • All connected social accounts and the access tokens / profile data obtained from them (Facebook, Instagram, and others)
  • Your posts, drafts, schedules, and media references
  • Analytics and usage data tied to your account

Some records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention; these are deleted once no longer required. See our Privacy Policy for more.
